Staff was very helpful. Good selection of bed things, their products are of great quality, this means expensive products, when compared to mass producers such as IKEA (low quality = cheaper).
I would recommend having at least one line of cheaper products for the students that are moving in.
After we had already bought new towels here, which, by the way, were sent home free of charge, we stocked up with new duvets at Betten Hottmann. The young seller was very nice and gave us good advice. I can only recommend this specialist shop to anyone who values good advice and good quality.
