Simply great, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I am totally satisfied with my car and the service around it.
Unfortunately, my glasses broke at exactly the wrong moment today - during the inspection of my car. Here, too, the Gehrmann employees showed their full commitment and tried to glue my glasses back on if requested. When this did not work, an employee (thank you again very much !!!) drove with me to the optician to save them so that I can drive again. So customer service at every level is simply great!
