First of all: I would buy my next car there again. The purchase process was smooth and very quick. As I live a few kilometers away, I was given the opportunity to sign everything I needed online so that I only had to drive to the dealership to pick it up. There I was picked up at the train station and driven to the car dealership. Then we signed the last papers and then I was allowed to take the car with me. The handover / introduction was also very pleasant.
Can't complain about anything, was a great experience. Very competent dealership. I can only recommend.
If it was only about the service, I would give it 5 stars! I was always welcomed warmly and all concerns were dealt with quickly and competently. Then I wanted to buy a new one due to the age of my car, the seller showed little interest and afterwards he didn't get in touch at all! No reactions to my emails and calls were also not responded to! Thanks to Corona, I then canceled the car to be on the safe side, my old car received another MOT and then I'll buy my car somewhere else.
I would give more stars if it was possible !!! Absolutely competent advice, friendly and super patient staff, even after many questions that I had as a woman. Great appointments for repairs are also available promptly and are adhered to. Kudos to the employees: I felt that I was in good hands, even though it was an extremely stressful day in the workshop
