Damaging personnel? I am often a customer at this gas station, but yesterday evening I was very surprised. I dismissed the brisk and unfriendly behavior of the employee on the late shift as "everyone can have a bad day". But today I did not jam badly when I realized that this could still be improved. I think at this point, as a boss, you should speak plainly to the employee (if you have the chance to find out), before it really has a stronger negative effect on sales. I'm glad that the other employees are always very friendly and customer-oriented, otherwise no one would soon stop to refuel (if you don't get stuck because of a lack of fuel in an emergency).
Very nice staff, always a clean and tidy sales room, also a large assortment of USA articles and e-liquids & accessories! Plus good Hermes service and always extensive advice. Always my pleasure.
