Terrible service .... From Bierlingen to Eyach and back, ticket purchased including bike at no extra charge ... I thought so cool no extra charge. Another driver just didn't take me back with them, not even for money .... They probably don't generally take bicycles with you. You could have told me that before I can or have to push my bike up the mountain for about 4km ... Was it the mistake of the company and not mine, the driver would have been really good ... So it is customer-friendly something really different and the way he said it ... He almost went up the ceiling like a rocket .... Although the bus was completely empty

Friendly drivers, buses are clean, reliable and punctual, unfortunately there is "a biting - over-motivated - bad-tempered bus driver" who tarnishes the good overall impression, has had bad experiences with the bus driver himself and has also observed other "older and younger" Passengers had problems with the snappy driver, so I have to reduce my stars from "five to two"!
