The church is dedicated to St. George, the dragon slayer. To the right of the church stands a small stone statue representing the saint fighting with the monster. The church was built in 1834 from the Martiner Propstei barn, built in 1766. Directly opposite the church is the Irsch cemetery, on which stands the bell tower of the church.
