Very very friendly advice! I had problems with my laptop and, thanks to my lack of knowledge, I couldn't assess whether I was at the right address at all. I got a very courteous, detailed telephone consultation about which steps I can take into my own hands first, in order to then decide whether I actually need help. Accordingly, I cannot say anything about the actual repair, but I felt extremely well advised!

A very friendly and competent company. The boss is a "man of conviction" who wants to make the joy of computers accessible to the less knowledgeable. It helped a lot with remote diagnosis when I couldn't find the problem in the BIOS after assembling a computer for the first time. Recommended all round.
