Customer service? Zero. Sold me spoiled cream. When I wanted to complain about it, I was told that they would need the packaging for it. When I then dug them out of the garbage and brought them back, they had disposed of the remaining packaging on the shelf, but only refunded half the purchase price, since I "could have used them". An absolute insolence! Should I throw filled packages into the yellow bin? This was definitely my last purchase in this aging shop.
