Outstanding service and incredibly friendly and caring staff! After our car broke down on vacation with engine failure, the question arose which Citroën workshop should the car go to. After reading the reviews of the different workshops in the area, it was clear that the Schubert dealership would be chosen. And I can only confirm the positive opinions! Although the new engine was probably not available at first and the Citroën headquarters had no idea where and how a new engine could be obtained (quote from Citroën customer service: "Corona messed everything up"), the dealership team has all the stops pulled and all levers set in motion that a new engine could be found. During this time, we were always kept up to date and despite constant calls from us, the staff always remained friendly and informed us very quickly that we could not drive home with our car. This left enough time to look for a replacement vehicle. We would also have received help with arranging a rental car (which was not necessary). After the car was ready and I came to Schleswig by train, it was a matter of course for the dealership team that I would be picked up from the train station! It's a shame that we don't have such a workshop in the south - otherwise I would have found my trusted dealer. Thanks to everyone on your team who cares!

Unfortunately, I am a little disappointed with buying a car in today's situation, even if the Schubert car dealership is doing its best to do justice to everyone and everyone. I found a great car on October 8th, 2020 (2012 Citroen Berlingo), for which I had also signed a binding order. I was promised the registration of the vehicle during the week from October 12th to October 16th, 2020. Today I have to find out that the admission will take place on October 19, 2020 at the earliest, what a disappointment. Due to the restriction of the admissions office. If I had known last week When I asked whether the vehicle would be registered by October 16, 2020 at the latest, it was said "that shouldn't be a problem", it even said Monday or Wednesday. Then it was said, Monday (12.10.20) is not possible. Nevertheless, I decided to buy the car (a nice car by the way) because I saw the possibility that it would be registered until Friday October 16, 2020. But now the disappointment, it will not be allowed until October 19, 2020 at the earliest. In these difficult times, it is very difficult to buy a car, despite the fact that rental cars are provided free of charge.
