We were helped immediately and competently. We had a problem with the heating in our motorhome. An appointment was made with us on the phone in a friendly and prompt manner. On the day of the appointment, a Truma technician checked and repaired our heating. Everything was very good and can only be recommended. 5 Stars

Hello dear motorists ... we had a problem with our Alde hot water heater ... after a lot of back and forth at another dealer near Rendsburg / they did not want to tackle the repair, the necessary parts were sent by our dealer UPS / Express sent to the company Caravan Mahle in Schuby near Schleswig. This morning a phone call that the parts are there .. Immediately drove there .. A competent and young fitter there .. after 1 hour everything installed and in order! That's what we call it Service! Thanks again to the company Mahl in Schuby!
