I can only confirm the previous negative reviews. Incredibly sloppy way of working this company. In my opinion, the planning, and especially the measurement of the kitchen, is carried out by incompetent people. Serious mistakes, which are actually not made by so-called "professionals", happened when planning the kitchen! The elimination of defects does not take place or only by threatening legal means. In addition, agreements are not implemented or even adhered to! Customer-oriented action definitely looks different. If you want to keep yourself as a company, you should undoubtedly take other paths instead of annoying your customers. I can NOT recommend this company and advise everyone who values quality to look for another company.

The advice was good, but the construction started. Things were forgotten to install, forgotten to screw tight and wrong things were installed. Something from a specialist company. Unfortunately everything was noticed later (after paying). And then there were quite a few phone calls. Mr. K. makes appointments that are not kept and the gentleman doesn't know about cancellations either. In addition, Mr. K.'s tone on the phone is a cheek.

I have now ordered countless times from Küchen Kampkötter and I was always at peace. I don't understand why some people here think they have to interfere in the private lives of the owners. Most of the time it is not up to those who place the orders, but to the people who deliver the kitchen etc. and those who are responsible that the kitchen arrives completely. If this is not the case, I find it disrespectful to make such accusations, because nobody in the company can do anything about the fact that these parts are not completely delivered by the scheduled assembly date. When the time has come that these parts have arrived, it can still take a while for someone from the company to assemble them, as they are too busy and otherwise the entire schedule gets mixed up. In my opinion, Möbel-Kampkötter is a reliable and friendly company. Thank you so much!
