I brought my PC to this more than competent team due to a defect in my 2 hard drives, a 2TB SSD and an M.2 SSD and due to lack of time for diagnosis and repair. I have a lot of friends in the It area and I have a lot of knowledge of the subject myself, so I also paid attention to whether they were serious and competent PC specialists and I must clearly say YES! The error was recognized quickly and errors or defects were not addressed (which unfortunately is often the case with many other PC specialists). The team is super friendly, fast, knows what it's doing, gives useful tips and the prices are completely in the right range (nobody gets ripped off here). Important to say: When I picked up my PC, the PC was turned on and before you paid, everything was shown thoroughly again and explained what was done and you could see that the PC was running (even if this was of course only a brief impression), so just great. (In other PC shops, the PC is just handed over to you and it's done ..., here you don't get rid of it and the customer is taken seriously, keep it up!) In a nutshell: If you need help with your PC, etc. or just want advice, this is the right place for you. Whether you have a clue about the subject or not, you are taken seriously here, not ripped off, and fast and competent work is done. I can only recommend the PC specialists.

I had a battery replaced here. It went really fast and everything worked out. However, I was annoyed about pricing: I called Friday and asked how much it costs to replace the battery. Then I was told 39 €. Today (Monday) I came to the store and ordered the battery replacement. The price in the store today was € 44.90. When I asked that I was told on the phone that it would cost 39 euros, the seller only said to me: "These are daily prices" ... So be careful with price inquiries over the phone: it is best to have everything given in writing.
