Because of an assignment from my landlord, I had to deal with Brix employees several times by telephone and in person. I was always treated in a friendly, courteous and respectful manner. It doesn't matter whether it was on the phone or directly on site with me. Due to the very complicated order situation in my case, detailed descriptions are not necessary, the small hint is enough to suspect that I sometimes have small "information holes". But, to my astonishment, the organization and the collegial exchange seem to work in the background, because the initially unsuspecting colleague at the Telegon listened calmly and relaxed to my descriptions with his colleague hours beforehand and a word must have pressed the button in his memories , because he said something looked familiar to him, and he found notes about it. Such the technician on site continued the company philosophy. He included me in his considerations to solve the problem, then worked out the best solution on site, a discussion on an equal footing. The technician got my key because I had to go to an appointment .. when I returned everything was done as discussed, the work area was cleaned, my apartment properly locked, the key at the agreed storage location. There was a note from him for me on the table. Thank you Mr. Marquard- Thank you Brix 5 'are not enough for that'

The electrician was with us on site and got a washing machine up and running again. It was very straightforward and looked very professional. The work was done carefully and quickly. Highly recommended ... too bad that I unfortunately did not ask for the name of the man! I hope to see the same guy again next time! - P.S .: He even spontaneously took the time to make notes for an estimate. TOP @ Mr. Johannsen :)

Customer friendliness when calling in the shop you should really think again. Absulut not customer-oriented and helpful. Can you already describe as Pampig and patzig. Electronic technicians who were always sent by my landlord here in the apartment were without exception always very nice, friendly and accommodating.
