The secretariat is apparently almost never manned. If you as a parent want to clarify something over the phone, you never reach anyone. The best example the school calls you do not notice it directly and then you do not reach anyone when you call back. And the child then tells at home that she is feeling bad. And something like that just can't be. 😡😡

My son was there. I can only laugh about the ANGEBLICH poor connection mentioned below. The buses run very well and the school itself is excellent!
