Worst experience ever! My laptop's hardware had some problem and I gave them to check for any hardware defect. They took 49 Euro for "complete hardware check" and gave results with no defect, but when I used my laptop again I was experiencing the same issue. I went back again (this time with Linux installed as my OS) and there hardware tester asked me to change the os back to windows,else he wont be able to do hardware test. I wonder why would somebody bothers about what os is installed if he has to do hardware testing. Next day I received a call from them asking for more money if I want them to desemble my laptop and check the components inside. I really wonder what do they meant when they said "complete hardware test", when they took my laptop for the first time with 49 Euros.. I recommend you to try some shops in city centre and avoid this gecCom at mittagstraße as they only try to baffle with you giving no solution to your problem

Class service. Good advice. Good work. Gladly again. At noon my computer brought, everything discussed, and in the evening my converted "new" PC picked up again. I am very satisfied.

Staff is very nice and helpful, but the prices are the rip off! Have my pc for a lot of money bought a year ago and have suspected that the graphics card is not working properly. Was a hardware check made, which costs just under 50 € and later decided whether it is under warranty or not. Of course, that was not the case, because you could find no mistake. On the basis of a game they wanted to try out, if the graphics card is running, but since I have almost only online games, they wanted to do a virus check beforehand, for which I should again pay just under 40 €. In my opinion, it is far too overpriced and not customer binding.
