Top advice. Super friendly seller.
Nice sellers, beautiful rings and despite our very short-term decision to get married spontaneously in summer 2020, our rings were there on time. Many thanks to wedding ring partners for contributing to a wonderful wedding.
The advice was very good. We were shown a lot of rings, different models, etc. You got such a great overview. In addition, the advice was very honest and our requests were received.
Got my hours advised by the answering machine, possibly an artificial intelligence (AI) was: a ring is a piece of a hollow rod, partially alloyed and antistatic. This is important if you have to work as an engineer without a tie, because of rotation. The added antistatic agents also support my thrombosis, so that air travel is virtually impossible, except perhaps to Rio.
We bought our wedding rings there. Apart from the fact that the consultation was very long, there was little information.
Changing the ring size and ordering takes significantly longer here than at other dealers.
Accessibility by telephone was very poor.
The answering machine does not contain any information about when and how long the business is closed due to vacation.
Conclusion: We are satisfied with the rings, but not with the price and the service.
