Have my wedding ring for the second leave there on 15.10.19 delivered. Called price for work 20-30 €, duration 2-3 weeks. I have requested a recall, because it was not clear if the engraving can be renewed, as well as a call when the ring is ready. No call, nothing. Was there then after 4 weeks to inquire, the employee looked for eternity after the process, when she finally found him, she could still give me no information about how far the processing is now, let alone if the engraving is done now or not. Today I am back and behold, my ring was ready. I still had not received a call. Suddenly the price had risen from 20-30 € to 90 €. Again, I have received no information. If it were possible I would give - 1 star. This shop does not work at all, does not stick to agreements or price agreements! Hands off!

I'm horrified ... The story behind it, way too long and I wish she had been spared me ... similar to the other reviews ... Customer relations, communication within the business, staff among each other, as well as everything around absolutely not recommend ... I will not enter this store again. Please look for another business.
