First of all, I am a doctor, have worked for almost a year in a dermatological practice and have been suffering from rosacea for 6 years, so I know my illness and the NoGos. At the beginning of the treatment I was repeatedly pointed to the price of 49 € (as if I probably could not afford it). I was not asked about allergies and peculiarities, so I reported rosacea and perfume allergy myself. I was suggested the Sensitive line with little fragrances. Products completely without would cost more. After the cleansing, with my face being scrubbed like a dirty floor, the lady wanted to apply a blood circulation-promoting serum. I insisted on the rosacea, but the lady said the "clogged vessels" needed it. As a doctor, I can only shake my head and just have to go here. Everything was applied to Zack and then a moisture mask, which burned after a few minutes. During the intervention, she did not even come to ask if everything was alright, which I find negligent in a fragrance allergy. In general, everything was very hectic and I had the feeling that the beautician still had to catch a train. There was no relaxation at all. A facial massage is also not included in the price of 49 euros for one hour. After 20 minutes, everything was removed again. Result swollen cheeks and a flush that lasts until the next morning. I paid without tip. After leaving, I realized that I had been treated for just 40 minutes instead of the 60. An extra impudence! Instead of taking good care of things, you can expect a schema X which is going to be pulled on every customer like a conveyor belt.
