Unfriendly staff. If you want to buy bread from the bakery, you have to take a shopping cart with you. You will be yelled at by the cashier from afar. Why should I touch a virus spinner when I just want to buy bread from the bakery and not even go through the EDEKA area? The shop has done itself ....

Quality shopping looks different. The sales area usually resembles an obstacle course, everywhere goods carriers with pacifier stuff, which in my opinion doesn't belong in a grocery store. The absolute highlight is the presentation of stockings, panties, bras, slippers etc. and that in plastic stairs directly in front of the sausage and meat counter, so that as a smaller person you have problems reaching your package on the sales counter with your hands. When goods are sorted on Wednesdays, there is usually no getting through. It was years ago that there was a level there. Since then it's only been downhill. *A pity*
