If I could give less than 1 star I would. Absolutely incompetent way of working and not at all customer-oriented .. there is no more than excuses on the phone. Once booked, cursed forever!

Bad online portal with numerous bugs ... in which no confirmation email of the booking data was sent, but only the terms! Whether the booking has taken place, I learn the next few hours ... Haha! Customer-friendliness, or a good software solution looks different.

Sorry but that's not possible :-( We booked a short trip to Stralsund for the 17th to 19th of February. On 15.02. then we received an eMail "We can not confirm your desired booking because there are no free rooms in the hotel and we are happy to help you to find an adequate alternative for you." What ??? So I called without further ado in the hotel to inquire myself. Behold, the rooms were free and could be booked. We got exactly the same conditions (coupons to the bathroom, breakfast included, etc.) as at short times way. So I made the deal perfect. After a short complaint call at short times way, as that can be that one offers services and hotels in the Internet but can not comply with the good woman on the phone and no advice. I told her that you might pass this on to your supervisor because you can not do anything for the sloppiness of the company.

less than 1 star !!!! absolutely not customer-oriented, constant consolation on the phone, it is not possible to connect with the responsible department for unexplainable reasons I'm waiting for weeks for my repayment - I think it's really outrageous I will never book again through this organizer and recommend in any case
