I don't want to generalize anything ...
The employee with whom I was allowed to call today was really very rude and incompetent. She blocked after a few minutes and tried to end the conversation. At the time none of my questions had been answered. It just said she already has 41 years of experience I should just do what she says even if it didn't fit my concern in any case.
Quite an unfriendly tone. Got connected and finally hung up. Do you do that? Clerk could not admit mistakes.
Since I have apparently not done so: Here is my rating, overdue for years.
The first tax office where I found people and no dead stamping machines. A very humorous tone and extremely helpful, even if they were not really responsible for the issue, as it would actually have to edit another tax office - Thank you again for your help back then!
Very friendly people who helped me with a small problem with the tax code very quickly. The explanations were easy to understand for me. I especially like the friendly tone.
