I went to the practice for tattoo removal years ago. Everyone was very nice and courteous, but unfortunately I left many thousands of euros there for, in the end, more than a poor result .... For a 20 minute session I paid 500 € and since I didn't know my way around, I believed what Ms. Keil told me, that I would need 3.4 sessions and then the tattoo would be completely removed ... The 3.4 sessions became more and more and each time it was 1.2 sessions and then it would be gone ... In the end I just felt ripped off ... poor result and paid a lot of money ...

I was in the practice for the first and only time on September 1st! After all the good reviews here I was hoping to meet a doctor who takes the time and is competent. Unfortunately this was not the case. I had to wait 40 minutes first. The appointment was made on several issues. I had a whole body mole control, which did not even take 5 minutes and only looked over some and not even all were seen. The issue of acne was not taken seriously, not how it would proceed, but simply something that was prescribed. Especially since I already know very well about acne substances, therapies etc., this was very disappointing. But the worst thing was, I still had a few questions unanswered, but the doctor just went out and so I had to ask the doctor's assistant at the front desk my further questions / concerns. It was really not a nice feeling to just be handled like that. I got the impression that the practice's focus is on aesthetic treatments. And if you are looking for something like that, this might be the best practice. (I can't rate) I definitely don't want to do the practice so badly, that's why there was only my evaluation before without a text. Maybe there was just a lot going on for my appointment, but this should have been communicated. I very much hope that my criticism will be understood by the team and lead to an improvement. Above all, however, that more time is taken for the individual patient.
