I ordered a book through Amazon, which Woetzel offered there twice. In the afternoon of the following working day, I received a message that the book was not in stock (which had previously been offered twice and the other offer was still online on Amazon) and that they would therefore cancel the order. My questions were not answered in the reply to the e-mail I sent. Overall, a very unprofessional approach and obviously a dealer with poor maintenance of the online offer.

Underground service! I ordered a book there through Amazon - never this bookstore again. The book (intended as a gift) never arrived. Instead of an explanation of the circumstances or even a refund, I am asked, without comment, to submit an affidavit for an item for 11 euros submit! Now I have got the money back from Amazon and will 100% never, ever order anything here in this bookstore.

I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior at any other online retailer. I ordered a book from this retailer through Amazon, but the wrong product was delivered. I should be in advance of the return shipment and have been chasing after the dealer to reimburse these costs since March 2020. After every e-mail it is claimed that you would now transfer the money for the return to my account, until today and after almost 6 MONTHS the amount is still not refunded.

Unfortunately I too fell for this bookstore, which is why I would like to warn other customers. I had ordered a book online. A day later I received the shipping confirmation, which resulted in a purchase contract per se. Some time later, however, I received another email with brief information that the order had been canceled by the dealer. Of course, I wanted to know what was going on and asked. The answer: The retailer is trading on several platforms at the same time, which is why it can happen that more orders are received and confirmed than the goods are in stock. My explanation that the merchant had sent a confirmation of delivery that a sales contract had been concluded, such a procedure is therefore not legal and I therefore urgently request delivery, was dismissed and apparently not really understood. I also saw no effort to solve the problem caused by the bookstore. The mail traffic then went back and forth a few times, I certainly expressed my concern politely, but was handled more and more snappy. According to the dealer, the money was allegedly refunded. However, I am still waiting for it ... There seems to be something going wrong behind the scenes of this "academic bookstore". I am very annoyed - like many of the previous speakers - and can therefore only advise against buying from this bookstore.

Hands off! I wanted to buy a slightly older book that was apparently also available at the bookstore Woetzel. I got another, unusable for me, edition. No insight on the part of the seller. Ordered better at a reputable bookstore.
