Charge 5 euros for frost protection during an inspection, even though the spray water tank was definitely full, and then dismiss that as an oversight when a complaint is made, I don't think that's so great. We also complained about rust on the rebate of a door on a 2-year-old Fiesta, the solution from Autohaus Knauer was then to simply brush over it with a touch-up pen, which is not necessarily professional.
