Good and competent service. I would particularly like to mention Mr Kasper. He is both competent and extremely friendly and customer-oriented.

A few weeks ago I was at the dealership with my old Audi A4 without an appointment as a non-customer or new customer with a problem with the hope that I could be helped spontaneously. Thanks to Corna, everything lasted for a moment, but then I was accepted and the car was immediately driven to the workshop, despite what I think was a large operation in the workshop. In between there were up to 4 people on my vehicle to solve the problem, but after 90 minutes the rim was saved and screw loosened and then at a great price! That's what I call a great service, which I honestly did not expect! A big praise and clear further recommendation 👍
