They dont even wear masks. One of the employees was even coughing into his hand and expected me to take a pen from him. And i'm not too sure about the quality of the cars either, seens as how the staff is so unqualified. They were offering me a ridiculous price for a car with scratches all around and starting problems. very unprofessional business - i will never come here again

Really very rude employees who are only interested in profit. When inspecting my car, the strange employee didn't say a single word, then offered an outrageously low price and then expected that the offer would be accepted. Unfortunately, you have to assign a star here, but this car dealership really deserves 0 stars or even a negative number of stars.

No advice, no answer, rude people! I have never seen such rude and unprofessional people doing business. They only care about the money. When it comes to getting the money from customers, they'll call you and send you messages until you pay them. After buying a car from them and when it comes to customer satisfaction, they don't answer the phone, they don't call you back, they don't answer your messages. They have no idea what they are doing. I bought a car and paid the fee in August 2020, and these people should send me a document stating that they changed the disc brakes on the car I bought. It's October now and I still have no documents. I've been calling these 3 people over and over for weeks. Every time they wasted my time and didn't answer my calls, they didn't respond to my text messages. After several calls from my side over the past week, one of them (Ismail) answered and said he would send them off later in the week. It's been a week and I've called him many more times, of course he didn't answer. Instead, he texted me saying he was with a customer and would call me back. Of course he didn't. Instead, he sent me a text message telling me that they cannot receive the document because it is already a work in progress. So if I want such a document, I should go to what is known as the Stern Automobile, which I have no idea about and have never had anything to do with, and get the document myself. Definitely cannot recommend it! Don't waste your time and money on these people. Keep your hands off these people. Attention, hygiene measures are not observed here at any time! No distance, no mouth protection! My car was called an accident vehicle, although I know for sure that it never had one. The company's purchase price was far below what was offered elsewhere. I prefer not to talk about the amateur assessment of the vehicle ... Not recommendable!!!

I looked at a Mercedes A class. It was not as described in the advertisement, had a rockfall and was in poor condition.
