BMW Scheller Filiale Grünstadt

Final Update: I was called in by sales where I was told that "They are doing it on voluntarily bases and it's not an apology or something". Anyhow I was treated good but I was only given normal offer to sell my car and buy a new one without any special offer or compensation, so they tried to make some money of me again instead of offering proper compensation. I was not contacted again by customer service or neither my problem was addressed. I got my car fixed from Bosch for just 150 where bmw was offering me initial 850 without guarantee of fixing the problem. I love BMW and will still continue with BMW but this branch in Grünstadt need some serious work on customer service. I am taking one extra star away because the reply from BMW-Scheller against negative feedback means nothing. I contacted them as they advised me but instead of compensation they just wasted my time again. I wish they will get better in treating customers. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Update: I have emailed BMW Scheller with more details, let's see how my complain will be resolved. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Only one repairing policy. Read the error in computer and change the components and keep changing stuff until the customer is bankrupt or whole car is changed to a new car. Not good mechanics if your car is older than 6 or 7 years. Also some of the staff on reception is quite rude. One extra star because the workshop staff and mechanics are quite friendly and sometimes give good advise.

Got my car back top repaired at a fair price. Friendly service, thank you! I suddenly had a problem with the motor control. The Scheller company went to great lengths to fix the error, which was difficult to identify and took several days. All at a very fair price. I would like to especially thank Mr. Rönsch, who contributed a lot to the success and the solution through his work. I can only express my appreciation.
