Basics: Staff largely friendly. Fast service (see detailed description probably too fast ...) It was the following vehicle: BMW 3 Series Touring E90 BJ 2006 I was here a long time ago to repair a puncture which was done well and cheaply (about 30 euros). The job was done quickly too. I was here again that I had made an error in the board computer regarding the braking system. Is done: A first optical check of the front brake (statement: "It still looks good), hood up and a couple of containers wobbled -> hood closed again. Now it should be lifted up to check further. I also have this for Perceived ok. But now the crass statement: The front brake must be new (disc and pads). What surprised me in the first place: 10 minutes before "it still looked good), in my opinion it is still good, mainly because I was recently at the Tüv and the results were also good (about 1000 KM ago) The error has been postponed. At this point, a crucial question came up for me: How can it be if the brake was really so due that the sensor would not trigger again. I finally have the feeling that something is wrong here. A cost proposal was made for me: Front brakes for 517 euros. I had to swallow first. With the knowledge that the brake was good recently, I went first. The complete front brake set is available in OEM quality for around 155 euros. The installation was estimated at 90 euros (is still okay) So you would have earned around 272 euros only on the small parts. For me this is clearly a rip off. Of course it is clear to me that the parts are traded differently by the supplier, but definitely not 272 euros more expensive. This service is not recommended. Such a rip-off and such a flawed search for a problem cannot be supported.

Had a little problem with the valve. It didn't take a minute from the problem description in the office to active help in the workshop. Was done in three minutes. Very helpful. Competently. Incredibly fast
