Rial

Bad telephone customer service. I called because a rim did not fit my original vehicle (new car) despite approval and ABE. The weights for balancing have ground on the brake. The only statement I got from a technician: then the mechanic in the workshop is not able to operate the balancing machine. Great statement that can't be surpassed in audacity and didn't help me a single meter. These will probably be the last Rial rims!

There were friendly answers to all of my questions. Good service on the phone. Great. Unfortunately, the "Rial Lugano" 7.5 x 16 ET 38 and 7.5 x 17 ET 36 rims 5/110 for my Saab 9.3 1.8t sports combination YS3F are no longer available.
