After being months reading about with motorbike should I buy I did finally decided to buy the new Kawasaki Z900RS, I knew the motorbike was there, so I took my bike and ride to the shop, believe me, the people didn't even say good morning, a simple "how can we help you" will do, after staring in front of the Kawasaki Z900RS few minutes, no one move a finger to ask, is a pity, my decision of going to this specific shop to get this specific machine was more than meditated, months of meditation and I feel sad for get out from there without any help, frustrated, but anyway, there are more Kawasaki dealers in the area, just need to google it.

Super shop. I needed a Kawasaki spare part worth less than € 10. First I tried the dealership in Mannheim. He told me on the phone to send the order in writing, which I promptly did. When there was no response three days later, I sent another email with the specific spare part number that I got from the Kawasaki website - and nothing happened again. (Also when trying to ask by phone) So I sent the almost identical email to the Dürkheim motorcycle shop. The answer came immediately: The part can be ordered, costs 8, xx €, takes up to about a week and I should please make a prepayment by bank transfer, which I did immediately. Less than 3 days later it was ready to be picked up. Here you really want to help the customer and not just make quick money from vehicle sales. I will recommend the shop
