They saved my husband's life with their professional and decisive manner and without exception everyone is super nice. To those who complain about unfriendliness here, I can only say: "as it calls into the forest, it echoes back" Maybe a little self-reflection and train empathy and don't always point to others.

Unfortunately, the staff here is very unfriendly, always stressed. There are a few employees who are friendly and for whom it is important that the patients feel comfortable. Sorry that there are only a few employees. Here patients are even sent away if it is not an emergency, which I personally think is wrong. I don't think it's okay either - that you have to be duped here. That patients have to wait for hours! I fully understand when there are emergencies, of course they have priority. But you don't let patients sit in the waiting room for hours and chat with the staff about God and the world. It's a shame that such a hospital gets such a rating. You should possibly get new staff who are friendly, regardless of whether you are stressed or not, whose first priority is the patient.

The nursing staff is worthy of everyone. I have my doubts about the administration. Admitted as a private patient and moved to 3rd grade. Fortunately, I was only hospitalized for 2 days.
