I personally am absolutely convinced of this company and very enthusiastic. The owner of the goldsmith is really very friendly and gave me good advice. I have a beautiful ring made of gold, silver and a small rough diamond. I am super satisfied and would really visit this goldsmith again at any time. All my personal wishes were fulfilled with every order and I was always more than satisfied. Really great job!

Kinscher is our house and court jeweler and the best between Prague and Berlin. We have already had some individual work done and were always satisfied.

Addendum: I just saw your answer by chance, the notifications were probably issued ... I would like to maintain my anonymity here. The order was made a few years ago, so it is now out of date; the rings have been revised and are now in the desired condition. The statement regarding the tooth gold came from a very honest / reliable goldsmith, whom I do not want to include here. Of course, he did not check his statement with a chemical process, as that would have been disproportionate. Regardless, it was very unusual for the rings to be scratched within a few weeks of your order, as if they had been worn for years with hard work, which is not the case. Hence my rating, of course I could have directly complained. However, since we were told from several sources that you are not a goldsmith, we wanted to be on the safe side and turned to another provider, which is our right. I hope this story is ticked off. My rating should help other interested parties to make a decision, nothing more. Sincerely, TH The order was to widen a pair of white gold wedding rings and fill them up with yellow gold. Shortly after receiving the revised rings, they noticed that they scratched very quickly. In addition, the goldsmith's mark was missing in the rings. At another goldsmith we were told that the former rings were simply filled with tooth gold! It's a shame that something as personal as wedding rings are no longer the "real" ones ... So definitely stay away from such orders. We cannot judge any other work.
