DHL Packstation 105

My experience today was the following: A serviceman at the counter, lady with black hair and a rather oriental appearance, yelled through the counter room that I should wear my mask. I felt compelled to call back that I have a disability that excludes this. That would have been acceptable, but the tone and overall demeanor of this person was so unfriendly and degrading that I felt discriminated and humiliated. When it was my turn, she confronted her behavior. However, she neither showed understanding nor apologized. My appeal to the management: Please train your staff so that people with disabilities are also treated in a friendly manner and do not have to come to the post office feeling uncomfortable.

Would not be a problem that the station is very hidden in the backyard. That worked great in the past: drive in backwards, get a package and leave for home. But since 8 months the backyard is wg. Site blocked. Sometimes the Arbeiterdixie is next to the station, sometimes you do not get to the station !!!, because everything is locked, sometimes you can only go to the station, if you parked on a 500m distant parking lot, because you can not stop anywhere else. It just annoys. Wonder why the station was not moved during such a long construction phase?
