Unfortunately, like many, voices do not report the opening times given here. Just stood in front of a locked door. The opening times are a bad joke anyway. Come on please

As with all small branches, this branch is closed every now and then (not only due to Corona) and a letter is sent to the door. If you invested 2 minutes here to update the opening times (for example in Google), you could save many customers many times this time, which they unnecessarily waste on the way to the closed branch. The employees are always helpful, but cannot compensate for weaknesses in the Post / DHL system, e.g. if a package is handed in at a branch without naming the branch. The bots fob you off with standard information on the phone.

Closed on Saturday for 3 weeks Open only sporadically during the week, with such underground opening times an absolute cheek. 3 parcels of mine have already been sent back because collection was not possible. One of them has completely disappeared. For a village with 5000 inhabitants it is simply an imposition. And no, it’s not Corona, it’s been there long before.

Opening times are not observed. No customer information when branch is closed. Staff very friendly. Therefore 2 stars. Otherwise 0 stars!

07/11/2020 Again no one there although it should be open. Phone number to complain was on the door and I used it. 23.12.19 Actually friendly staff but the opening times are ridiculous. Today on December 23 is closed due to illness, it says on the internet that would be Got up so early for nothing. Not the first time !!!
