Zimmerei Christian Ritter

Our terrace was sealed and the basement ceiling repaired. A work of 2 weeks max. Was delayed to 6 months because Mr. Ritter never answered calls or made appointments. Appointments were often not kept without cancellation. Very unprofessional behavior. Mr. Ritter is practically unavailable. The quality of the work was okay. But scheduling and customer service are zero. It's a pity!
