Ms. Dr Schneegans could be reached immediately at the weekend. She gave competent help over the phone and would have been there for our dog personally if it had been necessary. Your advice over the phone and your suggestion for medication were immediately helpful, so we postponed the personal visit for the time being. Very nice and competent

Short tel. Consultation with the bird practice and then a few days later with our young parrot couple for a health check. More than 25 years ago we were with our gray and white-hooded cockatoo with their father and I have to say that the young team is also great. Every grip was correct, the animals were approached carefully and calmly. The final discussion was understandable and had enough time. We are happy to accept the long journey to this great bird practice. Thank you and keep it up. Visit was on October 19, 2020, costs were reasonable.

We feel we are in very good hands there. A loving approach to my four-legged friends including good professional education for me :-)
