An absolute disaster. Information is only available on request. Our car has been in the workshop for 8 (!) Weeks and only now do you realize that in addition to the engine damage, the turbo is broken. Again, we only received this information after I asked again when our car would be ready. Repair costs increase drastically and differ greatly from the offer. A new engine was installed. Then it was found that this was also broken. Then a new one was ordered, which hopefully will be okay this time. We were never offered a rental car. Complement: Today we could pick up our car. The car was very nicely prepared and we were given a discount for the long waiting time when we received the final bill. In the end, they made every effort to ensure that we as customers are satisfied.

The purchase was uncomplicated, unfortunately the specialist knowledge of the seller was rather questionable. I was advised to register myself. After a long phone call back and forth with the service, I was told that it was nonsense and far too complicated. The vehicle was flawless, but the seller promised me "a super refurbished and polished car". But that was not the case, unfortunately. The service was, except for Mr Picks, rather questionable. The seller said he wanted me to have a good feeling about the purchase. After the back and forth with the vehicle documents and the false statements on the part of Mr. Küsters, this was no longer the case. I was just happy when I finally had my car and no longer had to see the dealership. Unfortunately, buying a used car from Mr. Küsters is absolutely not recommended. Update: Unfortunately there is only one star left. A week after the purchase, I removed the engine cover on the vehicle floor and saw that the oil seal was leaking. It's just sad that a new inspection was made when it was sold, i.e. Lüttgen should have seen it. Fortunately, the car is only three years old and still has a Ford factory warranty. I had the defect repaired by my trusted Ford dealer under warranty. Incidentally, he was also appalled by Ford Lüttgen's behavior. For me, this is a pure tragedy in the field of fraud. I can only absolutely advise against buying a used car at Lüttgen, there you are apparently also cheated.

I bought a Ford Focus station wagon there, used it. Great price / performance ratio, great service. There is nothing talked about or something, but you can look at everything in peace. The seller was also very accommodating and absolutely fair.

I can only report good things. Of course you have to wait a few minutes, but that's understandable because they are working there. I received a very good friendly greeting and I was helped very quickly. I got a quick appointment and you can't complain about the rental car either. He had 12 KM on the clock. I would like to thank the whole team, including the boys and girls in the workshop. Top performance and always very friendly 😊 I'll be happy to come back. Keep it up.
