Not professional, e.g. while checking the speedometer of our old car, the seller sat down in our car with a lit cigarette. The photos from the vehicle registration were no longer found and should be submitted by us later. So overall not a good atmosphere for spending a lot of money on a new car.

Great handling, great service and a super friendly Mr. Daniel Kurz, gave us a real dream car early today! Despite many hurdles and a lot of "problems" Herr Mr. Kurz managed to get my husband to grin in circles and with his new Skoda Kodiaq RS he will probably be super happy to put the Christmas tree in the garage 😂😂😂 We are really excited about this car 👍🙏 Thank you very much that it all worked out so quickly!

rental car During a planned repair of our car we used a rental car. We let our mobility guarantee take over the costs. We were entitled to a Skoda Fabia. Despite prior registration, this vehicle was not available. Alternatively, we were given a new Golf. However, there was a significant difference between the rental price of the Fabia and the Golf. They then try to demand seriousness from us, which I refused. Loading sill protection on our vehicle we had this protection applied and were initially satisfied. After some time, about 2 months, this will dissolve. Information from the Stein company: They used it improperly - here was not the question of goodwill, but first of all for help Limitation of the car's power after a short trip we noticed that the vehicle lost its train at 100 h / km. Tech called me and told me it was hard to find the fault. In the end, a plate worth € 2.50 was replaced on the turbocharger and then € 270 was charged for searching. My expectations of a specialist workshop are different.
