One disaster! Called 3 weeks ago because I had some problems with my new A6 car. I ended up in a switchboard where I was told I could go there spontaneously and someone would look at it. In spite of this, I asked for a connection with Audi in Gladbach because I wanted more detailed information. Time, contact person to avoid waiting times! The lady at the counter confirmed this to me and said I should just come in and someone would look at it. When I got there I waited 15 minutes. When I asked again, the lady (blond hair) told me that someone was going to come up to me. After another 20 minutes, I spoke to a service advisor myself. Diagnosis? Nobody could look at the car because it was very busy and that I couldn't just snow in. I saved myself the explanation because I had such a foreign shame. Never again! How can you deal with a customer like that? I turned around and left. Just embarrassing! It used to be different here. People still worked there who had a clue. At the info and in the service just put people there who have no idea. Bad!

I bought 3 new cars there in 5 years. Everything is always TOP. Mr. Schornstheimer as my salesperson is very competent. Nothing was too much for him. I can only recommend this dealership. They also made the best offers.
