Had problems with a water heater (only cold water) and then called company Vass. Since apparently no service technician was at hand said the lady on the phone a call back. Since this did not happen, I went there myself. There I am told that at the earliest in a week someone can stop by ... No trace of service! That is not how it works!!!

To Elektro Vass, one can only say one thing. If you are looking for competent and friendly advice and the right service technician for you, you can not ignore Elektro Vass. Great team.

I went to the store because I was looking for a specific switch, which unfortunately can only be ordered. Then I asked for a square cover for a junction box and I was given a cover. Fast, friendly and uncomplicated. 5 Stars.
