Wanted a simple vehicle registration. But Kroscke really had no idea what to do to register a car. They probably did that for the first time. After almost a week, all my papers were gone. We were still at the registration office but Kroscke had no idea. WHY? The car has been registered for a week, but for whatever reason you are simply not forwarding the documents. Incredible. I was at the admissions office more often and for longer than if I had done it myself. hands off

The registration service in Bergisch Gladbach is a disaster. In 2020, data will be recorded using pen and paper, and mistakes will occur for which Kroschke GmbH does not feel responsible, even though he makes them. And then you as a customer are sent away if you show them the error, complaint management is ridiculous, the store is actually great, only BGL doesn't work at all, prefers to go to Leverkusen, goes faster and is more professional. A star only because you have to give one.

As a business customer, we use the services of the license point in the county house several times a month. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the price-performance ratio convinced us again and again. We will be back.
