Unfriendly and. Always betraying .... Money hunters
I can only advise against this housing company! I reported water damage over a year ago, which unfortunately little or no attention is paid to it, one is always put off and the seriousness of the situation does not seem to be conscious of this society or to be irrelevant! I would like to write a lot more and in more detail, but that would go beyond the scope! Furthermore, they put a stone in the way of the change of manager, which will take place due to several negative experiences of other residents of the owner community including me!
Caution - extremely clairaudient apartment! Apparently nothing is done about complaints about noise pollution from neighbors. Many empty words and no deeds! I can not recommend this cooperative.
I can only advise against Allertal, for decades there has been stress with a single family, because of which several families have moved out, all complaints are ignored by Allertal, you are simply let down.
For almost 13 years I am a tenant at the Allertal. My concerns were always dealt with promptly. Both by phone and in person the contact is always very friendly and competent. I can not understand the negative reviews in any way.
