I'm slowly getting very disappointed. Actually, I am very satisfied with you so far, but meanwhile you have declined a lot. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. You don't get a reasonable answer to the questions asked, but rather a snotty and unprofessional answer or a standard answer. I can understand the current situation and understand it, but answering a question also has something to do with mutual respect, which is not a good prerequisite for honest and sensible cooperation.
