Good advice and great service

Book order not received at the agreed time. Accused of lying when asked by phone and in person by the owner of the shop. Has also become abusive. I would not have ordered the books or at a different time and if it does not suit me I should buy somewhere else. Some certainly like this harsh, unfriendly manner. I felt both wrongly advised here and completely left alone in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. Then rather drive 10km and go to Wenner or Thalia. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Never again!!!
