I asked the employee what this presumption is about, where does she get the right to talk to someone else she doesn't know? She stuttered to herself and couldn't answer. I then told her to make room and I would get a shopping cart. She then snatched the stick out of my hand and said that this had to stay in, which was fine with me. I told her I would get a shopping cart now and then repeat the wand afterwards. On the way out, another, uninvolved employee yells afterwards: "Go out". So de-escalation doesn't seem to appear in their vocubular. I did not allow myself to be further provoked and did not react to the statement. Overall, however, really anti-social behavior by the two employees, far from any service concept and a minimum of friendliness.
