Very competent, nice, friendly and helpful

We wanted to inform only about costs of a possible legal advice, I made this request by mail. Immediately, the secretariat reported that Mr. Brinkschröder will call me, which he did quickly. He involved me in a short phone call, about 15 minutes, asked for some information and we stayed, that I may report again. Shortly after, I replied to an email that we are still not sure and we may have. will report again. Half a year later, I suddenly receive a mail with an invoice for 119 €, although except a short phone call never made an agreed, paid consultation. Multiple contact attempts by e-mail, both to the lawyer and the secretariat, remained completely unanswered! For me it borders on deception to involve someone in a short phone call and afterwards to send an invoice, although we wanted to have only a cost information. The fact that one then not even on mails with the request for explanation to come about the answer of the bill is more than unprofessional!
