After we have always organized our own relocations ourselves, this time we hired a company because of the distance. From the first contact to the visit to the move itself, all employees of Kramer were very friendly and professional. The move went smoothly and quickly across the stage, the furniture was well packed and invited, so everything in the new home without scratches o.ä. arrived. Definitely the most relaxed move so far Thank you for that!

We are happy and happy to have arrived in the new apartment. Thanks to Kramer Umzüge everything went great! A huge praise to the young helpers, who always stayed calm, despite a common piece of furniture that simply did not want to fit through the stairwell. You did it! A great team and I have not only recommended them once! THANKS again to everyone!

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end! It started with the data recording for the offer preparation by Mr. Tepe. Very friendly, but factual, competent and swift, we have jointly set the scope of services. We decided to pack the moving boxes ourselves. These would then be delivered to our third floor approx. 3 weeks before the move by friendly staff. On the move day, the 7-headed team was right on time at the door. After 4 hours, the 2 trucks were loaded, without anything broke and it went to our new house 25 km away. All the staff were very thoughtful, friendly and on the ball. The roles were clearly distributed. In the house dergleiche, competent process. We only had to announce what was going on. The furniture removal and construction expert went to work and at 4 pm everything was ready to go. Even the wardrobes were equipped with the hanging goods again as well as the extract and we could spend a fairly quiet evening in the new home. The previously submitted offer fit 1: 1 for later billing, no hidden costs. Even though we had a cheaper offer, we chose Kramer because we had a high level of competence right from the start. We would always decide that way. Thumbs up and thanks to the entire Kramer team !!!
