Great hotel. Cozy, polite, great location, clean. Definitely worth an overnight stay!

We were there as a family with a small child and felt completely at ease. Friendly, warm hosts and a really great breakfast in Corona times! The room was very spacious and always clean. Furnishings are a bit old, but still sufficient. The hotel is in a great location right in the city center, so everything can be reached on foot. It was a bit hard for us to carry the stroller up to the 2nd floor every evening. So would not recommend this hotel to the elderly and families with babies should keep that in mind. And a small minus point is the paid, public parking. After day 2, however, we used the more distant, but free parking lot at the festival meadow and parked the car in front of the door to load it on departure. Wasn't a problem! Unfortunately, we weren't able to test the food in the starred restaurant this time, we'll make up for that. We would come again!

Nice little hotel with friendly service. With great pleasure again.

Nice hotel in a great location. Everything within walking distance, great breakfast at a very fair price. Our room was large and clean, very comfortable bed, but I found the room a bit sparse and therefore not really cozy. Bathroom was newly renovated and accordingly modern. All in all a recommendable place to stay in Neustadt. We would definitely go back 👍 P.S. A little tip: felt pads under the chairs in the breakfast room make it easier to push the chairs and reduce squeaking 😉
