Incredible experience !!! In order to support the ailing retail trade in Neustadt, we decided yesterday not to buy online but in the aforementioned soap cron. When we entered the shop, the look from the lady at the cash register was a reason to leave immediately. No greeting, no advice, later even without saying goodbye. Even without the requested advice, we have found two high-quality products. Besides us, there was only one person in the shop who wanted to buy a voucher. The lady at the checkout has what feels like 10 minutes. used with the processing of the voucher. And again and again the phone calls she made, which apparently were more important than the customers. The phone calls, even denigrating her customers, were so loud that only the lady's voice could be heard in the whole shop. It took us 16 minutes to pay even though no other customers were present. The lady totally ignored us. Only the dark-haired lady who packed the products as gifts was extremely nice. I hadn't even been granted a sample pack. As already mentioned above, there was not even a reunion, etc., not to mention a thank you. It was an apprenticeship for me, but in the future I will buy from other better-known providers or online. This lady should use the lockdown time and ask herself whether she's doing the right job.

Today was the first time in the perfumery SeifenCron. I bought 2 women's fragrances. The advisory lady was very nice and helpful. Thanks for that. With my two scents I stood for 10 minutes in second place at the cash register and waited patiently until the customer in front of me, obviously a regular customer, was advised in detail before paying. Products were picked, notes taken and a lot of time taken. When it was my turn, I was greeted only with a look, it was without comment-except for the mention of the amount to be paid-cashed, the change scattered on the counter laid, 2 checks put to it and quickly, while I was still there my purchases u take the money from the sales counter, facing the next customer. When I wished a nice weekend this remained uncommented. Ignored so unfriendly, I was not served for a long time. Conclusion: There are other perfumeries.
