I'm a new customer and have been there twice since the beginning of this year. Both times there was very good service and friendly ladies at the service reception. Time management is reliable when you want to wait for your car. I can recommend it.

A super nice team! Although I don't drive a Kia or Opel, I was greeted warmly, like the best regular customer :)) The advice for repairs was also at eye level. My needs were taken seriously and implemented. I also think it's worth mentioning that a replacement car (even if it goes beyond a tin can on wheels) is not immediately "slammed". Also a big plus! I will recommend this workshop to everyone.

I'm completely satisfied again, already bought my 2nd car at Opel Holz in Neustadt. Always well advised and a reliable partner for years also in terms of service and workshop. You feel in good hands here. Recommended and please keep it up :-)

Bought new car in August 2020, super dear branch manager and got a very good price for our used one. What we appreciated the most is the normal human way of dealing with customers. (Accessories still got free) Thank you for that :)
